Our consultation team will revert to you and give you an appointment for a visit at the QHT Clinic at Haridwar. At the time of reserving or booking a date for consultation, a minimal booking amount is required to be made online on our website, which is refundable if the patient cancels their appointment within 48 hours before the surgery. This reservation is made considering flexible and available time and date of the patient, as well as the Clinic. In case of an emergency, either with the patient or at the Clinic, the reservation may be rescheduled to another day, subject to availability of both the sides.
It is advised that the patient book the return tickets after the treatment or by leaving a minimum of 2-3 days’ buffer time to allow them time to heal before traveling. The patient will be staying at a hotel that can be chosen based on their budget, ranging from economical to a 5-star hotel. It is advised that the patient shares their travel plan, including ticket and accommodation details, with the Clinic prior to their arrival, so that the Coordinator and the team of QHT Clinic can assist them better.

The consultation team will also appoint a coordinator to assist you at every step. At the time of your arrival at the Dehradun airport, or Haridwar railway station, a QHT cab will be there to receive you. The driver will assist you from the airport/station to your hotel. But, in case you need a translator, or a multilingual assistant, the same may be arranged by the coordinator on request.

After checking-in at the hotel, you may rest and must leave for the QHT Clinic on the scheduled time. For every assistance, you are free to call the coordinator for any purpose/need/discomfort. On your arrival at the QHT Clinic, your coordinator will introduce you to QHT counsellors, who will take you to the lab for blood testing and answer your queries related to hair transplant.

After your testing, you will be taken to a QHT Hair Transplant surgeon for a one-on-one consultation, where the surgeon will interact with you, check your vitals and report, answer any question you may have, and finally, check your hair graft with a trichoscope. Once you are fully convinced and are ready for the surgery, you will be asked to sign a consent form detailing all the possible outcomes, what to expect, any rare complications, and pay the fee for your treatment.

The actual grade of baldness and available donor area will be visible only when your hair is shaved off. The doctor will analyse the area of baldness and possible extraction of grafts from the safe zone of donor area, and then plan for the hairline design. While doing this hairline design, factors like grade of baldness, texture of hair, possible past look, future progression of baldness, genetic analysis of maternal and paternal history, shape of the face, age, profession, goals, etc. are all kept in mind.
The purpose of hair transplant is to give you a 100% natural look, and cover your bald region. If you are happy with the hairline design, then you move on to the next step. Otherwise, depending upon your choice, slight modification in hairline may be made by the doctor, subject to the desired modification being cent per cent within the realistic approach.
