Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dialer Specialist to join our team. The Dialer Specialist will be responsible for operating, managing, and optimizing the outbound dialer systems used within our call center. The ideal candidate will have experience in call center technologies and a strong understanding of call management systems, ensuring that calls are dialed efficiently and effectively to meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automatic dialer systems (e.g., predictive, power, or preview dialers).
Ensure proper dialing campaigns are set up and that the system runs efficiently without disruptions.
Perform regular testing of dialer systems to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
Generate reports on dialer activity and performance.
Data Downloading and uploading in Campaigns According to their Configurations, Setup & Creation.
Setup Dialing parameters & Retry(Re-Churn) Logic as per client and process requirement.
Connecting with Telecom partner also with Vendor for issues troubleshooting.
Real Time monitoring and analyzing the data connectivity response in each and every campaign.
