Refund Policy of QHT Clinic

At QHT Clinic, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment or treatment. We offer a flexible refund policy to ensure that you can easily request a refund if needed.

Eligibility for Refund

If you need to cancel your appointment or treatment, you are eligible for a refund. Please note that a deduction of ₹500 will be made from the total refund amount.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed on the 4th and 19th of every month. To initiate the refund process, please provide your bank details with IFSC code. UPI details are not accepted for refunds.

To process your refund, please provide the following bank details:

– Bank Name

– Account Number

– Account Holder’s Name

– IFSC Code

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of processing.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you are eligible for a refund, the registration fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment or treatment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
