We are currently seeking a LeadSquared API Developer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing LeadSquared APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, enhancing automation, and supporting the clinic’s digital transformation and CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Development & Customization
- Manage and customize CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Ameyo, or Salesforce for business process alignment.
- Develop automation workflows for lead allocation, follow-ups, reminders, and escalations to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement custom modules, user roles, and data access permissions within the CRM.
- Coordinate with CRM vendors/development teams for new deployments, troubleshooting, and version upgrades.
- Integrate CRM with external systems like LMS, ERP, dialers, payment gateways, marketing automation tools, and WhatsApp APIs.
Process Automation & Optimization
- Create and maintain automation logic to streamline the lead-to-sale journey and ensure no data leakage.
- Build custom reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and business insights.
- Ensure CRM systems deliver data accuracy, reliability, and 360° visibility of customer journeys.
- Develop scripts and tools for data migration, cleansing, and validation.
System Management & Support
- Manage user access, roles, and profiles, ensuring secure and efficient usage.
- Provide technical support and training to CRM users and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Marketing teams for seamless system integrations.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and version histories.
Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards and MIS reports on lead funnel performance, team productivity, and revenue conversion.
- Use visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, or CRM dashboards) for data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor system health, logs, and daily reports for error-free operations.
Key Skills & Tools Required
- CRM Platforms: LeadSquared (mandatory), Ameyo, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot (added advantage)
- Automation Tools: LeadSquared Workflows, APIs, Zapier, Webhooks
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, or API integrations
- Reporting Tools: Google Sheets, Power BI, or Excel (Advanced)
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, customer segmentation, and CRM analytics
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
