Job Summary

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing patients. Your role is to handle inquiries, schedule consultations, follow up on leads, and provide accurate information about our treatments and services.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“ž Inbound & Outbound Calls:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from potential patients regarding hair transplant and other treatments.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, past inquiries, and existing patients for post-procedure care.

๐Ÿ“… Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Ups:

  • Schedule consultations with doctors and ensure proper coordination.
  • Remind patients of upcoming appointments and provide necessary details.

๐Ÿ’ก Patient Education & Guidance:

  • Explain hair transplant procedures, PRP therapy, and other treatments in a clear and professional manner.
  • Address patient concerns and guide them through the treatment process and post-care.

๐Ÿ“ Record Management:

  • Maintain a database of inquiries, follow-ups, and patient details.
  • Update CRM/software with call logs and appointment statuses.

๐ŸŽฏ Target Achievement:

  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns and offer information on special discounts (if applicable).

Skills & Qualifications

โœ”๏ธ Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
โœ”๏ธ Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, customer support, or sales (Healthcare/Clinic experience is a plus).
โœ”๏ธ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in [Languages required โ€“ e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].
โœ”๏ธ Soft Skills: Patience, Persuasiveness, Active Listening, and Problem-Solving Abilities.
โœ”๏ธ Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills for record-keeping.
